The conference highlighted that for the Living Building Challenge, only certified- or onsite-harvested wood qualifies — and FSC-certified wood is the only pre-harvest certification accepted. 
 

Attendees explored how FSC-certified wood can play a central role in regenerative building, including featured case studies like the Theodore Roosevelt Public Library aiming for full Living Building Challenge and LEED Platinum certification.
